Google Releases its own Android File Manager


Lots of people are using 3rd party File Manager apps for detailed storage and file manager. But those apps are mostly filled with ads or you have to buy them. No more, now Google released their own File Manager with tons of features.

"Files Go" allow you to free up storage space by removing unnecessary files, some users were able to free up to 1 GB space. You can back up files to cloud and also it allows you to share files with your friends online and offline.

How To Transfer Files (Offline Method):
When you want to transfer files offline it will create a hotspot and if your friend have Files Go! as well then it through this method you can easily transfer files.


Google File Manager will recommend apps that are taking extra space through cache and let you remove them. It will also allow you to transfer files to SD Card if it is available in your device. If you are having low storage it will warn you to back up your files in Drive, One Drive or other online storage. It is now available as free app at Google Play Store for all Android devices that have Android 5.0 or higher.
